U.S. Customers all shipping is via Fed-Ex. Shipping times usually between 1-5 business days from time sent (depending on service and distance). Allow 72 hours for processing of orders, however generally done on a daily basis Monday – Friday. NO processing and shipping on weekends and public holidays. All items are sent Fed-Ex. International Customers all shipping is via Fed-Ex. Delivery to most countries within 3-10 working days. Each article has a unique identification number. Proof of shipping provided when article lodged. Please ensure all correct address and information is provided as Richard Harris cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
For any unclaimed packages, if a response is not received from the customer within 2 weeks of item being returned, the customer will receive a store credit in the amount of the original order less 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. If the customer responds due to their failure to claim their parcel they will incur additional shipping fees to have item resent.
Once your order has been shipped, this is considered as a completed transaction. If you refuse your package, this does not entitle you to a refund. The returned package will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling costs, as Richard Harris will have incurred the cost of processing, preparing and sending your order.

- Store credit will be given once the merchandise is recieved and processed.
- We cannot send you the exchange until the damaged merchandise is recieved by us, and subject may take upto 3-5 business days.
- To protect our clients, this web site is password protected. Please register first. Once your account is approved, you will receive an email with your password accessing to your account within 24-48 business hours.
- Xenos Fashion reserves the right to refuse password requests or cancel existing accounts.
- Inactive accounts will be deleted from our system on a periodic basis.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful completion of the checkout process. A second email with your invoice including shipping charges will be sent out after the shipment has been sent out through UPS.
- The receipt of the first e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.
- You may receive an email or call from Xenos Fashion - Customer Service to confirm your order.
- Back orders are held for 30 days and shipped upon availability of goods, unless instructed otherwise.

- Minimum purchase of $150.00 plus shipping is required.
- Minimum purchase for an International Order is $500.00 plus shipping
- We accept Credit Cards only (VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express).
- Upon receiving order, your credit card will be processed for pre-authorization.
- The orders with declined credit card on pre-authorization:
(1) the email will be sent out to notify the customer.
(2) The order will be canceled unless we receive the valid credit card information within 48 hours of our notification.
